The practice of Dzogchen or Great Perfection is the oldest of all Tibetan Buddhist
teachings and leads to the clearest and most powerful path towards recognizing and
strengthening the true nature of mind. Indeed, to reach a state of Dzogchen is to
reach the state of Buddha-hood. Subsequent to the stream program, we have developed
a new study and practice program that offers an extensive approach to learning.
Designed to create a deeper understanding of the teachings and its various practices,
its ultimate goal is to prepare students for the Dzogchen teachings.
Courses will be held during evenings or weekends and given by instructors who are
Rigpa students, in training with Sogyal Rinpoche and other masters as well as senior
instructors. The role of the instructors is to help students in establishing and
strengthening their understanding and practice of the Dharma.
