Calm and Clear… in town

Meditation as taught by the Buddha is much more than a stress management method that promotes well-being in everyday life. The real purpose of meditation is to discover our true nature, who we really are, and thus access the lasting happiness of enlightenment.
This path to enlightenment begins with meditation to quiet the mind, allowing our true nature to gradually manifest. We could call it calm and clear meditation. It's a unique way to spend time with ourself, to make friends with ourself, and to begin to lift the veil on who we really are.
A little warmth at the heart of winter ! That's what we invite you to share with us, peacefully, in the form of a full day of calm and clear meditation. To receive the essential instructions for a smooth running of this activity (posture, technique, etc.), participants are strongly encouraged to arrive early in the morning, even to arrive comfortably beforehand. Then, together, all day long, we will alternate between seating meditation and walking meditation.
Although widely launched, this invitation is primarily aimed at anyone who already has a good understanding of the key principles of meditation and a solid and regular experience of meditative practice ; without such preparation, the expected benefits may not be realized.
